Plastic resin sleeves (Castle MK40)
14 10cm plastic resin sleeves, which you use instead of a standard rawlplug, either if you are drilling into plasterboard with a gap behind it, or into concrete (eg a garage floor). The idea is that the sleeve fits into the hole that you have drilled, and you then fill it with resin (available from Screwfix and the like) and put a threaded rod into the sleeve. The resin squishes out of the mesh and hardens within minutes, giving you a really solid and weight-bearing fixing. There are lots of helpful videos on YouTube to show you how to use them.
