These eating apples are not fully ripe but are fine for cooking. Or eating if a slightly less sweet
apple is enjoyed. Most will have some bruising- the tree is huge and heavily laden with fruit this year.
And there may be some minor insect damage as the wasps and ladybirds love them. Apples are
