Comfortable brown leather futon or sofa with metal legs. It is in excellent condition. The white spot on the middle back cushion is just a sticker that needs to be peeled off.
It is on one side of the dumpster shed in the parking lot without the gate at the left side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue. You will see the Crosswalk Church at the corner of South Mary and Valencia as a landmark.
