Looking for a loving plant parent with time & patience.
My much loved & large Benjamin fig has a bad scale infestation.
I've just pruned it back & tried cleaning it with rubbing alcohol but I'm quite short & am finding the job is too big for me. The thought of destroying it seems so wrong so I'm hoping there's someone out there who'd have the time to attend to it as it is such a big, beautiful, & usually easy plant.
You'll either need to live close by (SW2 5BN) or have a way of transporting it, as it's about 2m high, in a large (plastic) pot.
