7 inches high, 4 1/2 inches wide. Open-ended mesh pocket on one side and pocket with Velcro on the other side. Also has a carrying loop. Never used.
Probably meant for pens and pencils on one side and a calculator on the other, but I bet you can come up with a creative use.
