Dutalier rocking chair & stool (BS16)

Needs repair. Canadian brand Dutalier rocking chair and rocking footstool. My children have strained it by rocking too hard and unfortunately one of the round metal cogs at the front of the chair has come out of its socket in the wood. (Last photo.) This means it still rocks but gives a little clunk sensation when you go too far forward. I think someone handy could fix this but it’s beyond our capabilities. The stool is in fine condition. Additionally worth mentioning the cream cushions are showing signs of use, and are not recommended for dry cleaning (Timpsons told me it would invalidate their fire safety, so wouldn’t wash them.)
