Birthday cake candles (Aberdeen City Centre.)

I have a bunch of birthday cake candles I don't need anymore. And a couple of streamers for the wall. One is a happy doggy design with the ribbon included. The other one says "Happy Birthday" each letter is separate, but for some reason there is no thread/ribbon. Easily sorted by using ribbon, string or sewing thread.
