Free: Moving/storage boxes (Aberdeen City Centre.) Moving/storage boxes of various sizes. Around 7. (I say "around" because there might be more if I get my skates on and get the last couple emptied!). The boxes are strong, one is a large purpose built moving box and another very strong one was a large computer transportation box. There is also a large plastic box in great condition but which doesn't have a lid anymore. It would be strong enough to carry heavy items. Get in touch to arrange collection if interested. Thanks! Free: Suitcase in VGC (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted Black suitcase, expands (has two zips to allow expansion), approx 36x50 cm at smallest. Has extending handle for pulling/pushing and wheels. Very good condition

Free: Box of canned food (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted Box of 14 cans of food, soup, baked beans, fruit, rice, spaghetti, etc. Please note that these are past the 'best before' date but are perfectly safe to eat even for years as long as the cans are not damaged. All cans are in great condition and have been stored in a cool dry place. There are no dents or rust. We stopped eating all processed food so have no use for them.

Free: Two midlength winter hooded coats (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Two mid length autumn/winter coats for someone who is a seamstress or likes to recycle clothing. One is a large size (actually more like medium) unisex navy Hollister parka, with brown furry trim on the hood, with a broken zip (still has press buttons). It has a few little areas that also need attention. The other is a black jacket approximately size 14 with black fur trim hood. It needs a few little repairs. I believe both could be repaired to a great condition by a skilled person and reused, sold or given to charity. I don't have the skills or the tools. I can take pictures tomorrow if needed (lighting is really bad here at this time).

Free: Fabric/Material in good condition (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired I have two pairs of large sized trousers (36/36) my son used for skateboarding. They didn't last long as usual and ripped quite badly. However, the fabric is still in good condition - one is a heavy weight cotton based material in army green and the other is a lighter cotton in black. My son is about 6' 4 and there is a lot of material. If anyone (seamstress, crafter) likes making clothes/things and recycling materials, these could be used to make kids clothes or smaller adult clothes items/bags etc. I can add pictures tomorrow if anyone wants but both these pairs of trousers are less than three months old.

Request: Kefir grains (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Does anyone have a few kefir (preferably organic) grains to give away? I used to have but was in hospital for a couple of weeks during which time they died.

Request: An old gas/oil light (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Hoping someone will have of those old gas/oil lantern things they don' need anymore. I had one maybe 10 years ago and gave it away. Also looking for a gas fueled small camping style cooker.

Free: Ironing board (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Ironing board, could do with a new cover but otherwise OK. Easy to put up and take down. Will put a picture up tomorrow.

Free: Soft toys/teddies (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted I have a bag full of soft toys/teddies to give away. Some are suitable for babies. They can all be washed/sanitized.

Free: Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted I'm giving away this printer. It's been sitting around for too long after I put some "non HP" ink on it and it refused to work anymore. It was a really economical printer when I was using it. I suspect it's a simple fix for someone who knows what to do, but it will need a good clean also. Some of the cartridges still have ink. Anyway, it's quite heavy so you would need a car to pick it up I think.

Free: DVD player (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted DVD player by Sony. Working. The first few seconds when I tested it, it made a strange noise but I have played it and connected it to a screen and all is good and the DVD was not affected. It could be because it has sat doing nothing for several years. Have some kid's DVDs too like Toy Story (3 of them) if needed.

Free: Prima knife case, lockable (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Knife case for a chef or cook. Lockable. Good condition. There's a little bit of rust on one of the locks which could easily be removed. No knives though.

Free: Dell laptop Latitude D820 (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Dell latitude D820. Possible issue with the screen (was not connecting when we tried to destroy the data on it). Spares and repairs. No charging cable unfortunately. Reasonable condition and would definitely contain working parts that could be salvaged for a project.

Free: JVC Digital video camera (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted I am giving away this digital JVC video camera (it uses those small cassettes, which I can provide one of if needed). It's a spares/repairs item. I believe it can be fixed but has sat in a box a long time and I have no clue what I'm doing to even start fixing it. Good condition, except as you can see in photo 2 (EDIT, actually photo 1), there seems to be some kind of cover missing. However I don't think it is an essential part (could be wrong though). I think it would be about 19 years old. I don't remember the model but it had good specs etc back then.

Free: Several bags of baby clothes (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired I have several bags of baby clothes, aged from birth to about 1.5 years old. They are all in good condition and some never (with tags, mostly ones for girls) or rarely used. Just get in touch. I'm not putting pictures up because it will take a long time but am happy to send pictures if you request.

Request: An old gas light (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Looking for one of those old gas lantern things. I had one maybe 15 years ago and gave it away. But would really like to find one that someone doesn't need anymore. Also looking for a gas fueled small table top or camping style cooker. I don't want to resell, it would become part of my emergency box

Free: Hollister winter coat, unisex, M (Aberdeen City Centre.) Expired Hollister coat for winter, size about 12-14 but it's unisex. Has a nice (fake) furry hood and warm lining, although the fleecy lining is a bit tired now. Needs a few minor sewing repairs and a new zip but is perfectly good condition otherwise. I would fix it myself if I had the patience. It's quite long, slightly past thigh level on me (I'm 5'6"). Dark blue colour.

Free: Bag of cables, Xbox 360 etc (Aberdeen City Centre.) Gifted I have a bag of mixed cables/batteries, an xbox 360 & related connections, batteries related to gaming devices and too much to mention. Offering free because I do not know what to do with them (they were my sons' but they all just keep passing the buck back to me). I am sure there are a lot of parts or cables that could be used for other things if not needed for gaming. They come in a strong shopping bag.
