Various Renovation items. (Podsmead GL1)

My husband and I are renovating a bungalow for some older relatives with limited mobility before they can move in. We are fixing lots of issues, as well as doing a full repaint, and have changed most of the electrics so far. The budget is tight, it feels like a 2 person episode of DIY SOS to be honest, so thought I'd check here for items that people might have in a shed. *Smile* So much work has been caused by the previous occupiers bad bodge repairs and decor, it's unreal.

Things we currently need please.. or Anything similar that you think might work, if you have it spare please Inbox me

Laytex floor levelling compound or cement (flatter floors are better for a wheelchair)
Raised planters, raised flower beds etc. Used grow bags (not good for growing veg anymore, but decent enough for the bottom layers in raised beds.
Garden fence paint in a standard ish orange to brown colour, lots of it, I reckon 3 tubs worth. Also a fence paint brush please.
A loft ladder and some loft boards.
Outdoor metal paint (for a prefab shed) in a plain/neutral colour like beige or navy blue please.
Maybe a nice newish outside doormat.
White Kitchen cupboard (double door sized, I could trim if too big) shelves and the shelf pins if you have them
A double kitchen sink (the one that's in the house has non standard fittings and the previous occupier siliconed it together, then used gorilla glue, so it's unrepairable and leaks)
A movable kitchen mixer tap in good condition (current one leaks).
Black silicone or similar to fill holes in the black kitchen worktop. I'd happily have new worktops, but I can't fit those myself, I know my limits *haha*
White radiator paint (some look nasty but aren't that old, I assume furniture frequently rubbed them).
A potted fruit tree, to be planted in the garden. Apple, pear, plum, if it's outgrowing it's plant pot, we can save it.
A couple of insect hotel wall mounted boxes to help the pollinators would be wonderful too.

My Home and the bungalow we're fixing up are both in Podsmead Gloucester.
I'm not *expecting* anything, but these things would help a lot please. The nearer to Podsmead, the better!
Thank you for reading, Julie
