Family size (5 person) tent - old & not waterproof (Peachcroft OX14)

Family sized tent with central living area and bedrooms at both ends. It is an Outwell 'Winfield Plus' model. The tent is circa 10 years old and was initially used a few times per year but hasn't been used in the past ten years or so as we upgraded (and TBH I forgot we had it stored in the loft). Technically sleeping room for five (three in the larger bedroom, two in the smaller) but quite tight unless at least some of the people are younger children. Bedrooms are inner tents that clip into the assembled tent and have integrated groundsheets but the main tent does not (although there is a separate groundsheet which fills the gap between the inner tents. When we last used it it was starting to leak so can't be trusted to be waterproof so ideally suited for fair weather camping or as a play tent.
