Messenger bag (Northwest Seattle, phinney)

REI messenger bag in pretty good shape. I was in the process of adding a new Velcro strip so it seals better but put it away and forgot about it. Now I’m ready to let it go as a friend gave me a newer one. It has a laptop padded section, a front zipper pouch. Strap is in good shape. Also has some lower straps missing the corresponding piece, see last photo.
