Chest expander with 3 complete springs. It’s a little bit like resistance bands but just for building shoulder and chest muscles. I have an extra spring but it only has one connector on it. Also a plastic jump rope I no longer use. Please take one or both.

I believe this is a bird nest fern. It was growing with another plant that I tore out so it is not centered in the pot. I don’t think I’m taking care of it properly. , it probably needs more moisture. Anyway give me a time to pick up from my porch. I don’t want to leave it out there for a real long time as it’s getting cold.

Now I’m ready to let it go as a friend gave me a newer one. It has a laptop padded section, a front zipper pouch. Strap is in good shape. Big pot, quite heavy of some type of bamboo. ( maybe black bamboo?)We’ve had it on our patio for years and we need to make space. We can help load into either a truck or in a hatchback on its side. Or we can have it close to our driveway so it’s easier for you to load. It’s about 5.5 feet tall. It would make a quick privacy screen and will not escape its pot.

There are 4 of these compost cones in pretty good shape on my street. They are set out on both sides of NW59th St. top half of hill between 1rst and third Ave. ( a couple blocks west of the zoo). most of them are in pretty good shape. So if you want to make your own compost in a rodent resistant system, these work great. If you for sure want one, I can set one aside. Right now they are up for grabs by anyone who drives by.

It’s in the lowest position in the picture so it’s easy to transport. 31 inches wide by 30inches depth. Lowest height is 28 inches and upper shelf is 33 inches.
