LTS “Daylight” E78751 magnifying Swing Arm Task Lamp

With our uncle passing away, we inherited some audio, video, computer/networking, and electronics gear that includes this LTS “Daylight” E78751 magnifying Swing Arm Task Lamp. All parts are here: the clamp/mount, the cover, the magnifier, power supply. This has two (2) issues that detract from the capabilities:
- The bulb is blown out/not working, we are including it to help you find the replacement.
- The connection parts between the arms and the lamp itself are plastic, and is cracked/broken. This can be fixed IMHO.

Since we already have a couple of task lamps, we are looking to pass along to someone who can use this, as it does not bring us joy. Help me get stuff out of our house please.
