I have replaced my old, heavy, 15 amp Arc Welder with a lighter MIG Welder, so the old Arc Welder is available for someone who knows how to use it and appreciates the need for safety.
I haven't used it for a couple of years but it was going OK then.
You will have to provide your own suitable face shield.
It is also quite heavy, so bring a strong friend :-)
*PLEASE NOTE: It is 15 Amp, so needs a 15Amp socket, not your standard 10 Amp household socket.*
