Clearing the stuff I wanted to do something with and never did (or I finished with it), I found a small PC.
It’s a Dell OptiPlex 780 USFF micro desktop (about the size of a large dictionary)
It runs very well. However it does not have Windows installed.
At the moment it runs Open Suse, I think.
It comes with a 19" monitor, cables (if I find them) but no keyboard nor mouse nor Wi-Fi.
It can be used for web browsing, for light video streaming, for word processing, email, or as a remote desktop client.
Please note, it is obsolete technology, probably 15 years old, and I do not advise you give it to your children.
I live in the sticks, 4 miles south of Hereford.
If you want it, I’d appreciate it if you can let me know what you plan to do with it. I will give precedence to people who have a concrete use for it, rather than people who just want to tinker with it.
PS If you happen to have a bottle of wine spare, I’d appreciate it (but it’s not necessary).
