Large strelitzia plant (Hertford SG14)

Commonly known as a bird of paradise plant. It's outgrown the space I have.
It's about 140cm tall (including the pot) by about 120cm wide as it stands.
It can be put outside during the summer but needs to be inside in the house or conservatory during the winter.
The plant has regularly flowered each year, usually February, March time.
I'll consider all replies received before making a decision.
