Large strelitzia plant (Hertford SG14)

Commonly known as a bird of paradise plant. It's outgrown the space I have. It's about 140cm tall (including the pot) by about 120cm wide as it stands. It can be put outside during the summer but needs to be inside in the house or conservatory during the winter. The plant has regularly flowered each year, usually February, March time. I'll consider all replies received before making a decision.

IKEA double bed base and mattress. (Hertford SG14)

This sprung bed base was bought when Ikea's beds were made with continental bed lengths, that is it's 200 cm long in a double bed width - usually only found in a king-size bed. The original mattress bought with the bed base was replaced by Ikea under their 25 year guarantee. Both bed base and mattress are in a good clean condition - apart from a small patch of staining on the side of the bed base from a spilt cup of tea - and come from a pet and smoke free home.
