Garden Shredder- spares or repair (Southgate RH11)

I received a garden shredder for free and was told it was told it was intermittently working. I now can't get it to work and haven't time to investigate- might be a simple fix. You'll need two people to put it into a large car or van. Advertised elsewhere.
