3 unused piercing sleepers (Keresley Newlands CV7)

Still in the packet never been used, minimum handling to inspect when they arrived & now for the purpose of photographing them.
 Having lost the use of one hand, I realised that I wouldn't be able to use them, especially the metal double loop which looks like it needs both 2 hands to open and put in place.The pink spike realy needs to be held while the rubber ring is put on and adjusted.
