Horseradish root starter (City Centre NR1)

I have harvested and have a few starter bits of root if you would like and have space for some horseradish. You can make sauce in the English way or grate fresh for dishes such as Ferricelli al Rafano, Rafanata or Spaghetti alla Puttanesca.
