Horseradish (City Centre NR1)

I have harvested and have some starter root to give if you have space to grow a horseradish. (like a large dock plant)

You can make sauce if you like but it is superb grated in dishes such as Ferricelli al Rafano, Rafanata or Spaghetti al Puttanesca atc., and can substitute for wasabi.
