Plastic Sled snow hills sand dunes (24 Seibel Street San Rafael)

At 24 Seibel Street, San Rafael (across from Laurel Dell Elementary school parking lot).
It has Free sign on it but owner tied it with a rope so it won’t fly/flip away to the road (preventing damage) from windy weather. Just untie the rope to take it home.
