I am organizing a "Books, Plants and Other Cozy Things" sale for an LGBTQ affirming church at 13th St and 7th Ave in NYC. I'm looking for donations of the following items, to be resold in this fundraiser:
1. Unused candles
2. Gently used books
3. Houseplants looking for a new home
The sale is happening Oct 4-5, so I need to receive the items by Fri, Oct 3.
You can either drop off the items at the church, or contact me to make arrangements for a pickup!
To drop off items:
1. Label them with my name - Katie R
2. Bring them to the Church of the Village at 201 W. 13th Street (at 7th Ave). You can leave them with security any day of the week, and they're usually open from 7am-at least 6pm (but usually later, like 8pm).
