Would like to try a project requiring 3” or 4” white pvc pipe . I’ll be cutting it into 1.5 or 2” rings , that’s why scraps are fine. I’d like to make tree labels for my brother’s orchard.
Supposed to cut in rings then cut the ring so it can open and hang on a branch .
