These were from 6 pipe insulation tubes. We cut them down to put around a metal fence pickets when installing stone through them so they didn't scratch the metal fence - good idea heh?
They are now in pieces about 18" long. I can leave them on the front porch for pick up. Great for kids - they can use them for sword fights on their fingers! LOL
