Curb alert: nice furniture (Midtown East / E 40s)

Just spotted on a very fancy block - so I assume the stuff is nice (tho of course you can never guarantee the condition of something left outside) a bunch of furniture:
one really nice looking wooden painted chest of drawers
 two other kind of cheapish/normal chest of drawers
A leather or pleather love seat
multiple laundry baskets
beach chairs
folding chairs
And more

will probably be gone by morning trash pickup so come tonight if you want it
