Large/life size Dinosaur toy (Midtown East / E 40s)

Saw this big lifesized dino behind an apartment trash can. Looks very clean and in good shape but of Course since it’s not mine I cannot make any guarantees. It looks like it may be electronic or battery powered because I saw a Sweat on top. It looks like the child can ride it
