This seems to be a device for charging batteries using a solar panel.
The writing on it says it can charge AAA, AA, C or D size batteries, but that you have to charge 4 of the same size at once for it to work.
I haven't tested it - mainly because I couldn't easily get together 4 rechargables of the same size at short notice! So can't guarantee it works.
NB There doesn't seem to be any kind of indicator or screen to tell you when charging is finished. I guess you just put batteries in it for a while and then try them in your device.
