Curb alert:: 2 baby car seats (Midtown East / E 40s)

Please see photo. I see the sitting on the curb on top of trash bags on front of 2 Beekman please. They look ok and were placed ON TOP of trash bags instead of inside them which makes me guess that they work but I can never be sure of the condition since they’re not mine so check them out at your own risk
They’ll prob be gone by early morning
