It is a 4ft (1200cm) single tube T8 G13 fluorescent light fitting that may easily be modified to an LED light fitting simply by disconnecting the fluorescent ballast.
All in all the fitting is a few years old an has a fluorescent tube installed. There is a small chip out of the tube cover on one end, so it is probably best for a garage, shed or workshop where the looks don't matter so much.
