Dell keyboard for parts or repair (Crestwood, NW DC)

This keyboard worked great for me for several years, then when I got a new laptop and had to use an adapter it suddenly started having problems. Maybe a dozen or so keys don’t register with the computer. Physically seems fine, inside looks fine, so not sure what the issue is, don’t have time to pursue repair further.
