child's pushchair (Colwall Stone WR13)

I am looking for a child's pushchair for a needy couple expecting their first baby in January. It needs to be the modern type with safety features these days. I can collect for them from any reasonable distance around Malvern/Ledbury. Many thanks in anticipation. They will be very grateful. Things are so expensive for them to buy.
