Trek Mountain Lion kid's bike with coaster brakes, 20" wheels. The seat can be adjusted from 24.5" to 28".
Caveats:
Besides the usual wear and tear, there's also a bend in the seat post. This was originally near the bottom of the post and was probably the result of some horseplay by bigger kids in the bike's previous life. I flipped the post upside down so the seat can be raised and lowered again. At the shop they said there isn't any safety concern, but this does limit the range of adjustments.
There are also rim brakes for the back wheel, but they don't really work -- the bike shop said the rims are steel, which is bad for braking. So don't count on the rim brakes being repairable. However, if you want to give it a shot, I can give you some compatible replacement brake pads. You'd probably also need to lube the brake cable and maybe do other maintenance.

I live in the Spring Hill area of Somerville, near Highland Ave and Cedar St. Let me know what dates/times would work for you to come by to pick up the bike or have your kid try it out -- I work from home so I'm pretty generally available except around school pickup time.
