Paper Trimmer (cutter) (Eastside near Strip / Central)

Anyone have a paper trimmer (cutter) that they are not using? [Anything similar to the photo I've attached]. I need one for an ongoing art project / business I am trying to pursue. Will travel to you to pick up. Thank you.
