These are used for many years but not very often. Despite they are nonstick coating Chicago metallic company’s popover pans, they were horribly sticking with lots of butter on the pan when I used.
Ended up inheriting another pan from a friend, so I won’t need these anymore but wanted to see if you have a better way to bake with these and not to tear popovers apart to get them out. Some other usage for these pans will be good too.
Easy pick up from our driveway but there *might* be a construction near us on some weekdays.
