Cross Trainer - Electronics not working (Chingford E4)

Bremshey-Sport Orbit Competition home cross trainer. The electronics stopped working when we moved; I suspect the internal cable may have become loose (I've tried replacing the power supply). It works from a mechanical point of view, but hopefully, someone will be able to fix the electronics. There's some cosmetic damages from age, see photos of cracks. I have the assembly & operating instructions.
