Framed print of some European city (Wallingford)

Framed kinda old-looking print of some lovely European city, signed and numbered, but I can't read the signature. Hey, maybe it's an etching, and you can refer to it when you offer to show someone your etchings! Maybe it's by some amazing artist and I"ll be sorry when you sell it for umpty-oodle money! Maybe it would just look good on your wall.
