I bought these two pictures from a second-hand shop in Southend-on-Sea back in the early 1980s, mainly because I wanted the two black frames they were in at the time!
Each print measures 50cm x 40cm. There is a very slight yellowing to the edges of each picture, but they would look lovely in nice new frames.
I did display them in my home for quite a long time, but it feels time to pass them on now, so hopefully they may appeal to either a sailing or photography enthusiast.
I don't know the vintage, but they looked quite old back in the 1980s, or where the photos were taken.
One of the boats has the initials R.C.Y.C. visible at the back, which could be either the Royal Cornish Yacht Club or the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club, based in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex.
I would guess the latter, given where I bought them, but who knows?
