Small settee with small tear (Hinsdale)

This is a super comfy settee- also called a chair and half. It was custom made from the Chicago Merchandise Mart about 15 years ago for $1500. I was selling it on FB for $100 when it got a small tear near the bottom- so now it is free! Measurements are 33”h, 45”wide, 40” deep
