Three strands of thick, artificial garland. The garland features multiple types of greens (price, hemlock, etc) and pine cones for a multi-dimensional look. 8’ long. Light don’t work but may be fixable.

This air conditioner is handy if you don’t have ability to use a window unit. It is about 8 years old and working well until last week. Now it makes a weird screeching noise. If you know how to fix it, it’s yours!!

Small settee with small tear (Hinsdale)

This is a super comfy settee- also called a chair and half. It was custom made from the Chicago Merchandise Mart about 15 years ago for $1500. I was selling it on FB for $100 when it got a small tear near the bottom- so now it is free! Measurements are 33”h, 45”wide, 40” deep
