Dining chair seat cushions tie (G street & 2nd St, San Rafael)

My best friend is looking for 2 seat cushions that could be tied to the back post of the wooden chairs. They have 2 cushions shown in the photo and wishing if they could find 2 more to use on the remaining dining chairs.
