Novation Launchkey 49 mkii (likely faulty) (Chorley SK9)

MIDI keyboard (this needs a DAW and USB lead to work!). When plugged into my computer it is no longer recognised, but the lights do all come on. Don't know if this was anything to do with my Windows 11 update, but either way I can't seem to get it to work on my computer. Someone with a different computer may have better luck, in which case it's a brilliant MIDI controller to get for free.
