Lava lamp - Lava not flowing. (Spital CH63)

Original packaging and new pygmy bulb included.
Only problem is that the metal coil inside the bottle that heats the lava does not sit across the bottom as it;s been moved out of place. So it is not getting the heat required from the bulb below to melt the lava and start it flowing.

It's probably fixable if you can manage to heat the lava, and shuffle the coil back into place.
It's nice and bright, purple/pink/yellow. The photos don't do the colour justice.
