We took this down years ago and it's been in the loft since. Worked fine when removed. Brass body, not sure what the fan blades are made of, but they will need looking at, as they've started to crack and are warped from the way it's been stored. I'm sure some new blades could be cut from thin ply or similar. The lights would be controlled by the existing light switch, the fan is operated by a pull-chain on the unit, 2 or 3 speeds from memory.
Any use to anyone before it goes to the tip?
