I know that borrowing an item often seems like a good, environmentally friendly idea - but Freegle is for offering outright ownership only. We have 10448 members and could not possibly get into the complications of what might happen if an item were NOT returned - or returned damaged.

I've edited and approved your message today to a straight request, however if you are lucky enough to receive the item you are asking for, you can always offer it back to other members of Freegle when you have finished with it.

Just moved and have a lot of wood and garden waste which I’d love to mulch to get a compost heap going. If you have one you’re not using I’d give it a good home!
