Christmas decorations and tree (Small heath b10)

Me and my partner have moved into our first house together and its Christmas and we have no money and no gifts and just really want ro make it Christmas feeling Christmas spirit thats all please help i dont have access to Internet atm so please bare with me on reply thanks
