Kombucha is a great probiotic for your gut. [Could be prebiotic - look it up!]
I make a strong mug of sweet black or green tea weekly.
Drain off the finished kombucha into a bottle to drink during the week.
I refill the jug of scoby with my diluted mug of sweet tea. That's it!
I use 3 teaspoons of tea leaves [could be tea bags] to 60ish grms of sugar and approx 1ltr of tap water [boiling water in mug of tea, leave to stand for 30 mins, then dilute so it's cool for the scoby].
