Nice Xmas Painting 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)

Hello. I am re-posting a lot of the items that I had offered up before my cat passed away. I am trying to clear out my place. please come and get these things. Thank You.
How do. I have for offer a Xmas themed painting of the outside of a Paris cafe' with a table and chairs. It's hand-painted by a neighbor and quite charming. My mother passed away this year so the holiday spirit isn't with me and I would love to see it go to someone who has enough spirit for the both of us.
I have some tree ornaments I can throw in there too and I will post pics of those in a bit.
