Balloons / Harry Potter birthday (Bexhill old town, TN40)

Hi there. We're getting ready for a Harry Potter themed 7 year old's birthday party. We're looking for Harry Potter themed banners (etc) and especially balloons (eg helium and in need of a new home, or regular balloons in Hogwarts colours...). Thanks, in advance!
