Got this free from the water company - it has a light that changes from green to red when you've had your 4 minute shower. Literally screws on, no skill needed to fit it. Unfortunately, isn't compatible with certain showers: NOT for electric, multijet, digital or Aqualisa showers, or gravity-fed systems with less than 0.5 bar pressure. See second photo for now detail.
